As part of the Rimini Ice Cream Week Fair, an international competition called "Gelato in Tavola (Ice Cream in Table)" was held, which involved teams composed of a cook, a sommelier and an ice cream maker.

The Italian team, formed by Mauro Petrini, Sergio Dondoli, Giancarlo Timballo, Sergio Colalucci and the Executive Chef Luca Landi won the first prize! Sergio confirmed yet again the top quality of his ice cream.
