Sergio Dondoli is a member of the Team and Organisation of the Italian National Ice Cream Makers who won the Ice Cream World Championship in 2006/07 - 2008/09.
The Ice Cream World Championship is not only a competition for achieving the tastiest results, but rather a test of the creativeness and fantasy of professionals of cold sweets, that promotes the image of homemade ice cream at international level. The idea of the competition was born in 2002 and materialised in Turin in 2003. Since the second edition it has been held in Rimini during Sigep, the most significant fair for professionals of the ice cream sector.
